Pilot weather, roster, logbook
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
FL340 is a free app for airline and professional pilots: airport weather and notes from crews who flew there, your roster and logbook, and a pilot community. On iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and the web.
YOUR AIRPORTS
• Live METAR with a plain-English decoder, and TAF with the period for your arrival highlighted (times in UTC)
• Runways with headwind and crosswind for the current and forecast wind
• NOTAMs, ATIS for US airports, frequencies and ground maps with taxiways and stands (OpenStreetMap data)
• Your next airports from your roster, favorites, airports you have flown to and airports near you, with military air bases hidden
FROM CREWS WHO FLEW THERE
• Pilot notes on taxi, parking, fuel and procedures, each with the date of the flight
• Noise abatement procedures, confirmed by pilots
• Crew spots for layovers: places to eat, walk and rest, with replies
YOUR DUTIES
• Import your roster from a calendar file or add duties by hand
• Home shows your next duty, your report time and your week as a duty chain with the rest between duties
• Standby countdown and a called-out flow, annual leave and sick leave
• Reminders before report, and quiet notifications while you are on leave
LOGBOOK AND DOCUMENTS
• Log a flight from your roster in a few taps; logbook pages in the familiar paper layout, locked with a PIN
• Licence, medical and other documents with expiry reminders
• Max FDP calculator
COMMUNITY
• A pilot forum with topics sorted into categories automatically
• Follow pilots, reply, mention and vote; profile and cover photos
TOOLS
• Crosswind, flight time, block time and night time calculators
• 3,300+ aviation abbreviations with a NOTAM decoder
APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS AND OFFLINE
• Your next duty and airport weather on Apple Watch, in widgets and on the Lock Screen
• Saved airports and pages open without a connection, even in flight
