AttendBeacon is the app for events that run on AttendBeacon: conferences, meetups and trade fairs. Open an event with its code, or scan the QR code on its poster or website, and everything for your day is on your phone: the agenda, your ticket, the venue map and the people you meet. ONE APP FOR EVERY EVENT • Open an event with its code, a QR code or a link to attendbeacon.com • The events you opened stay on your list, so you switch between them in one tap • Each event appears in its own colours, font and logo, light or dark • In ten languages: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish YOUR DAY • The agenda by day and room, in the venue's time, with the session on now marked • Star sessions to build your own agenda • Speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and the venue map • Notifications for programme changes, messages and the organiser's announcements, with a choice per kind and quiet hours • Ask the event assistant about the venue, the agenda or your ticket, and get an answer straight away from the event's information • Watch sessions again when the organiser shares recordings YOUR TICKET • Register, and your ticket with its QR code is on your phone at once • Add it to Apple Wallet • Your ticket and the agenda open without a connection, for the hall where the Wi-Fi gives up MEET PEOPLE • Join the networking directory, connect with other attendees and send messages • Share photos on the event's photo wall (the organiser approves each one first) • Give feedback on sessions and answer the event's surveys • Collect points, when the event has them FOR CREW, EXHIBITORS AND SPEAKERS • Crew see their shifts and check people in at the door with the camera • Exhibitors scan badges at their stand to collect leads • Speakers keep their profile up to date, share their material and read the feedback on their sessions NO PASSWORD, DATA IN THE EU There is no account and no password: you sign in with a six-digit code sent to the email address on your ticket. The event's data is stored and processed in the EU. The app has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. You can delete your data in the app yourself. What you see depends on the event: each organiser chooses which features to use.
