When a lesson ends you close it in a minute and the parent update is ready. Payments stay in a ledger only you can see. HOW IT WORKS • Add a student: name, the parent's number (or pick it from your contacts), weekly day and time. The parent joins with an invite link. • The schedule fills itself: lessons land in your calendar and reminders go out before each one. • Close the lesson: attendance, topics covered, homework. The parent message is written for you; read it and confirm. WHAT'S INSIDE • Today and Schedule: the day's lessons on a timeline, each student in their own colour. One tap opens your online lesson link. • One-minute lesson close: a short pick-and-tap form; the parent message writes itself. • Homework and files: attach PDFs, Office documents, photos or links; parents see them in the app. • Placement: record the result of your own placement test and the student's level; parents see only the level. • The parent's own screen: today's lesson, the next lesson, your latest message and open homework. Fees and private notes never reach parents. • Your cancellation rule: write it once ("free up to 24 hours before"); parents see it when they cancel and you get notified. • Private ledger: each lesson is recorded automatically; you add payments. Amounts show in your currency, which you can change, even for a single student. • Quiet hours: no notifications at night. • Your language: the app follows your phone's language and is available in 12 languages. • Child mode: on the parent's phone, the child taps Start, I'm stuck and Done; you see when the homework is finished. • Students at risk: missed lessons, overdue homework or a long-unpaid balance put a student on the list, with a ready message for the family. • Income panel: this month's earnings, payments and occupancy per currency, with a 12-month chart. • Referrals: families recommend you with a code; you choose whether the referrer gets a free lesson. • Exam calendar: pick the student's target exam or event; with Pro, the family is offered your free slots as it gets close. From GCSEs and the SAT to piano, English to swimming: every subject, with each country's own exams in the catalogue. LEKTIV PRO Lektiv is free to use. Lektiv Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription: payment reminders, one-tap reminders from your own WhatsApp for parents without the app, weekly/monthly reports for parents and students, percentage fees for late cancellations and no-shows, and open-slot alerts to families on your waiting list. The first 7 days are free. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
