Choose the apps that pull you away. Each morning they wait. When you open one, Stitch Lock asks for today's rows. Tap each row as you finish it, and your apps open for the rest of the day.
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick the apps that wait: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, whatever pulls you away.
- Set your rows a day: one row, three, ten. Change it any time.
- Count rows with one tap, on the app, the Lock Screen or the Dynamic Island.
- Finish today's rows and your apps open until tomorrow.

GENTLE OR STRICT
Gentle mode lets you open an app early after a short pause. Strict mode means rows first, always. Rest days and a free streak repair are built in, because a missed day is fine.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Stitch Lock uses Apple's Screen Time. Your app list stays on your phone. We never see it.
SUBSCRIPTION
Stitch Lock Pro unlocks the full app. Yearly comes with a 7-day free trial; we remind you before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
