Tudutu is a to-do list and calendar in one place, for getting things out of your head and knowing what to do next.
ADD ANYTHING, DECIDE LATER
The moment something comes to mind, add it: a few words, a photo, a recording, a link, a file. It waits in your In-tray until you have a minute to decide what it is. Share to Tudutu from any other app, or add from a widget.
SEE ONLY WHAT YOU CAN DO
Your To-do list shows what you've decided to do and can act on now, not everything you've ever written down. What's for later stays out of the way until it's time.
YOUR DAY, ON ONE CALENDAR
Give something a time and it's on your Calendar, with how long you have free between one thing and the next. Tell Tudutu when you sleep and eat, and it shows the time you really have.
REMINDED WHEN IT MATTERS
A summary each morning of what's on today, what's overdue and what's waiting. Reminders at the time you choose, and deadlines before they pass. Things that repeat come back on their own.
IN THE RIGHT PLACE
Say where something needs doing, at home, at work, at the shops, and Tudutu can nudge you when you arrive. Where you are stays on your phone.

On your iPhone and in a browser at app.tudutu.com. What you put in on one is on the other. Sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft.
YOURS, AND PRIVATE
No adverts, no trackers, no analytics. What you put in is kept so it can be shown to you, and for nothing else. Hide a sensitive item behind Face ID. Delete your account and everything in it yourself, at once, from Settings.

Give anything the Role it's for, such as Parent or your job, in a colour of its own, and show one Role at a time. Keep a Log on any Tudu: what happened, and when. Set a time from another's, such as 20 minutes before Sleep, and it follows when that moves. Name a day or a period on the Calendar, such as Half term, and set your working hours in Your day. Routines and Checklists you tick through. Copy, Duplicate and Paste a Tudu. Keep your Places, and pin Folders to the side menu. The In-tray as cards, decided one at a time or several at once. Sign in with a code sent to your email address, if you'd rather. If you change the same thing on two devices before either has synced, Tudutu puts the changes together where it can, and where they differ lets you choose. A refreshed icon.
