Skillsfor: Book Translator
PDF & EPUB, scan and read
Free · In‑App Purchases
Read books in your language. Scan printed pages or import PDF and EPUB. Try the beginning of each book free. Full translations are one-time purchases. No subscription.
Translate your own books from photos, PDF and EPUB, then read the result in one place. Try a free sample of each book before paying for the full translation.
FROM PRINTED PAGE TO READABLE TEXT
Scan pages with the built-in document camera or import photos. Choose the source and translation languages. Skillsfor recognizes the text and prepares a translation sample. Retake a blurry page or run recognition again when needed.
BRING YOUR OWN BOOKS
Import PDF, EPUB and documents, including DOCX. Follow processing progress in your library, or close the app while work continues on the server. Enable notifications to hear when your result is ready.
READ YOUR WAY
• Navigate with a table of contents.
• Adjust text size and page margins.
• Switch between light and night themes.
• Resume from your saved reading position.
• Export the finished translation as EPUB for a compatible reader.
TRY THE SAMPLE. DECIDE AFTER READING.
The free sample contains the beginning of your book's translation. Full translations are separate in-app purchases, with no subscription. One translation credit covers one book of up to 4 million characters. Longer books require more credits; the required quantity and price are shown before confirmation. Prices use your App Store currency.
30 LANGUAGES
Translate books between 30 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. The interface is available in all 30 languages too. Choose your preferred interface language in Profile, independently of each book’s translation language.
YOUR PRIVATE LIBRARY
Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Protect access with Face ID or Touch ID on a compatible device. Your books belong to your account and are not published to other readers.
An internet connection is required for recognition and translation. Automatic translation may contain errors. Only upload material you have the right to use.
