Key House
Find a home, get money back
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Key House helps you find your next home in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and pays you back when you buy.
When a compound sells you a home through Key House, it pays us a commission. We share it with you: as cash back, or by paying your first monthly instalment for you. Every home shows what you get back before you ask to see it.
FIND A HOME
• Browse new compounds and their houses, apartments and land
• Search by name, city or district
• Filter by price in dollars or dinars, bedrooms, area and payment plan
• See each compound on the map and get directions
SEE IT
• Ask for a viewing in a tap; the compound accepts or declines
• Get a code when they say yes, and show it at the visit
• Follow every request in the Viewings tab, with a notification when it changes
GET MONEY BACK
• Buy through Key House and we pay you back: cash, or your first instalment
• Your rewards and whether they have been paid are always in the app
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Kurdish, Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts done properly. Light and dark appearance.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads and no tracking. To make the app better we count which screens are used, without your name or phone number. Your phone number is how you sign in. You can delete your account from Settings at any time.
No money moves through the app: rewards are paid to you directly.

What's new in Key House 1.6.0:
• What can I afford? Enter your down payment and monthly budget and see only the homes that fit.
• Invite a friend: share your code; when your friend buys a home through Key House, you both get a cash bonus.
• Change a booked viewing: move it to another day or time. If it was already accepted, the compound confirms the new time.
• WhatsApp the compound directly from a listing.
• For sales agents: sign in with your dashboard account to answer viewing requests and confirm visits from your phone.
• A new floating tab bar, and many fixes for small screens and large text.
