JoyJar is a gratitude jar on your phone. Drop in a joy: a few words, the day, a photo or two. The jar fills and glows as you add to it. Pull one out later, whenever you want to remember. Add a joy • It takes a few seconds: a few words, a date, up to four photos. • A daily question can start you off. • A gentle reminder is there if you want one. Nothing scolds you for a missed day. Pull a joy • Tap, or shake your phone, and one of your joys comes out of the jar. • See what you wrote on this day in earlier years. • Rainy day plays your own joys back to you, one at a time, for as long as you like. Share a jar • A shared gratitude journal for your family or friends, up to 6 people. • Anyone, with or without the app, can add a note from a link. • Your own jar stays private. Send a joy • As a picture postcard, or as a link the other person opens without the app. • JoyJar tells you what will be sent before it makes a link. You can delete the link, and it stops working after 90 days. Yours to keep • Your joys are on your phone and work with no connection. • Sign in with your email and they follow you to your other phones. • Export all your joys and photos at any time. • Delete your account in the app whenever you choose. Make one shared jar, invite everyone with a code, and send the guest link to relatives who would rather not install anything: they add a note from the web page. In this version: - The invite you send now says where to get JoyJar, for anyone who does not have it yet. - Two Thanksgiving questions join the daily questions, for the week of the holiday.
