After hours, Today switches to tomorrow so you can prepare. AGENDA FOR THE WHOLE TEAM One column per colleague, day by day. Long press and drag a booking to move it to another time or another colleague. Tap a free spot to add a booking. BOOK IN SECONDS Search the client or add a new one, pick the service and choose a free time. Processing times and resources are handled for you. EVERY BOOKING, ONE TAP AWAY Open a booking to see services, alerts and the total. Mark the client as arrived, record how they paid at the desk, mark a no-show or cancel. CLIENT RECORDS WITH PHOTOS Visit history, notes, alerts such as allergies, and before and after photos taken with your camera. Call a client straight from the record. YOUR AI RECEPTIONIST, IN YOUR POCKET Read every conversation the AI receptionist had with your clients. For phone calls you get the duration, a short summary, the transcript and the recording to listen back. When a conversation needs a person, take over with one tap and hand it back when you are done. Change your password, update your profile photo, contact support and delete your account, all from the Me screen. Agendessa for iPhone works with an existing Agendessa business account. The business owner creates the account and invites the team; each colleague sees what their role allows.
