Peaks keeps the notes and the todos of a project in the same place.
Make a project for anything you work on: a client website, a house renovation, a sourdough starter. Split it into topics: Design, Development, "Kick-off 02.10.2026". Each topic is a page where notes, lists, code and todos sit next to each other, so the reason for a todo is never far from the todo itself.

TODOS THAT KNOW THEIR PLACE
Turn any line into a todo. Give it a due date, a priority, tags and a person. Every open todo shows up in its project and in one list across all projects, sorted by what's due. Check one off anywhere and it's done everywhere.
AN INBOX FOR EVERYTHING ELSE
Not every todo has a project yet. Add it to the inbox from the menu bar, the widget, Siri or Shortcuts, with "#tag @name !high tomorrow" right in the text. Move it into a project later with a drag or a quick search.
SIRI AND SHORTCUTS
"Add a todo in Peaks." Add todos, check them off, list what's open and jump to a project or the inbox, by voice or in your own shortcuts. Pick a default project for Siri, or let everything land in the inbox.

The first time you open Peaks each day, a short brief shows what you finished yesterday, what's due today and what's still open. One click and you're working. Turn it off any time.
INSIGHTS
Your year in check-offs: a ridge of every week, a dot for every day, your streak, your busiest weekday and your best hours, plus a few things worth knowing about your notes. All worked out on your device.
MEETINGS, SORTED
Put a date in a topic's name and it becomes a meeting. Mention who was there, write down the decisions, and add the follow-ups as todos while you talk.
