Awelio turns walking into a plan you can actually keep. Answer a few questions and get a daily step goal built around your routine and what you want from walking. The first week is set below your target on purpose, so it starts with wins, and the goal grows as you do.
Walking programs
Guided sessions grouped into programs: progression walks, intervals, steady efforts, Japanese walking, Tai Chi walking, walk-your-dog sessions and more. Each one tells you when to push and when to ease off, minute by minute, with video clips that show the movement. Pick the program that matches your goal, or browse them all.
Indoor video workouts
Rainy day, late evening, no gym nearby: follow a video session at home. Easy to start, ten minutes to begin.
Free walk with a live map
Head out and press start. Awelio records your route, distance, pace and time, and keeps the map to yourself.
Photo Hunt
Turn a walk into a game. Find five road signs on your way: your iPhone recognizes each shot on the device, and the photos stay with you. More hunts are on the way.
Steps and progress
Steps come from the Health app, so an Apple Watch, a band or the iPhone alone all count once and never twice. A streak counts the days you hit your goal, weekly and monthly progress shows how far you have come, and reminders arrive at the time you like to walk.
Why walking
It needs no equipment and no membership, fits into any day, and it is the one workout most people keep.
Awelio Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: monthly, quarterly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe, and you can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
