Tresory is the private place to organise and share photos, videos and documents that don't belong in your gallery. Developed in Germany, servers in Germany, data protection under EU law. No ads. No tracking. Support from Germany. LOCK IT AWAY INSTEAD OF HIDING IT Move photos and videos from your gallery into the vault, in original quality. They are protected by your PIN, with Face ID or Touch ID if you like, and no longer appear in your gallery or the Files app. If you want, Tresory deletes the originals from your gallery, but only once they are safely in the vault. Supports Live Photos. Share from other apps: photos and documents go straight into the vault or into a chat. CLOUD VAULT • Backs up your photos and documents. Syncs across all your devices. • Offloading saves space: a preview stays on your device, and the original loads when you open it. So you always have storage free on your phone! • Shared albums: invite friends to view or to add photos. • Transfers are encrypted, and storage uses one of the highest security standards for private use, AES-256, on servers in Germany. • You can switch off offloading to the cloud vault at any time. CHAT WITH ONE-TIME PHOTOS • One-time photos with "More Secure" mode: your photo is only loaded when it is tapped. Until then, nothing of it is on the other device. It can be opened exactly once, and Tresory does not allow screenshots while it is open. • Scrub through HQ voice messages: press and hold, then slide to exactly the spot you want to hear again. • Reactions, swipe to reply and self-deleting messages. • Pixelate photos or add stickers and text before sending. Location and camera data are removed by default when sharing. • Add people by username or QR code. Others never see your email address or phone number. Reporting and blocking are built in. • "Notes to self": a chat with yourself. SAFE, EVEN WHEN THINGS GET HECTIC • Snatched from your hand? If you like, a strong shake locks Tresory instantly or switches to the decoy vault. • Stealth mode: hides all previews with one tap, for example on the train. • Decoy PIN: a second PIN opens a separate vault with harmless pictures. It stays on the device. • Intruder photo: after several wrong PINs, the front camera takes a photo. (Local only) • Security album and ID wallet: extra protection for your most sensitive content. • See all signed-in devices and sign them out remotely. • Disguised icon: on your home screen, Tresory can look like a calculator, notes, weather, clock or compass. • Screenshots are blocked in the app by default, and the app switcher shows no content. • Placed face down: Tresory locks itself. ORGANISED LIKE YOUR GALLERY • Albums, sub-albums and document folders, with favourites, multi-select and filters. • Scan documents and take photos directly in the vault, without going through your gallery, with a beauty filter if you like. Plus PDF, Word and Pages files. • Expiry dates for documents (passport, ID card …) with reminders. • Share photos or scans as a PDF. • Edit photos and videos, from filters to the pro editor, plus collages. The original is always kept. • Trash with a 30-day grace period. YOUR WAY • 4 themes (Blue, Pink, Black, Light) and six languages. • Design your chat: wallpaper and bubble colours just the way you like. • Notifications only show "New message" by default, so the app's content stays invisible on your lock screen. FAIR The app itself and 1 GB in the cloud vault are free. More space, video backup and pro editing for photos and videos are part of the subscription: Plus (50 GB), Pro (200 GB) or Max (1 TB), monthly or yearly. No ads, no trackers, no selling of data. You need an account to use Tresory; the demo works without one. You can delete your account and data in the app at any time.
