HeyHippo – Invoice Maker

Invoicing without the busywork

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Send a polished invoice in about a minute and get paid faster. HeyHippo is invoicing for small businesses, tradespeople and freelancers: estimates, invoices, jobs and payments in one friendly app. INVOICES AND ESTIMATES • Pick a client, add what you did, and send. HeyHippo works out taxes, discounts and totals. • Send by email, or share the link by text message or any app. • Clean, professional PDFs with your logo. • Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice in one tap. • Saved items, so you never type the same line twice. • See when your client has viewed an invoice. GET PAID FASTER • Clients pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through your own Stripe account. • Or show them how to pay you directly: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer or cheque. HeyHippo takes nothing from those. • Friendly reminders go out on the due date, then 3 and 10 days later. • Record cash and partial payments, and always know who owes what. JOBS • Schedule jobs, start and finish them, and log hours and parts. • Take before and after photos right in the app. • Add jobs to your calendar, and get a morning email about tomorrow's work. • Turn a finished job into an invoice without retyping anything. WORKS EVERYWHERE, EVEN OFFLINE • One account on your iPhone, iPad and the web at useheyhippo.com, always in sync. • No signal on site? Look up, create and edit invoices, estimates and clients offline. They sync when you're back. YOUR DATA IS YOURS • Export everything to CSV, free, any time. • No ads, no tracking, and we never sell your data. • Delete your account any time from Settings. HEYHIPPO PRO The free plan includes 5 invoices a month and unlimited estimates. Pro adds: • Unlimited invoices • Recurring invoices that create and send themselves • Send later, at the time you choose • Classic and Minimal templates, your brand colour and no HeyHippo footer • Reports: revenue, unpaid invoices, tax collected and jobs • Job reports with your photos • A lower fee on card payments Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you're charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Pro bought here also works on the web.
