Build the schedule once and every manager and crew member sees the same running order — on a bus with no signal, backstage with one bar, or the morning after crossing three time zones. Nothing waits for a connection: every edit is saved on the device first and synced the moment a signal comes back, and two people editing the same day at once each keep their own change, field by field.

Move the soundcheck and everyone with that day open finds out. A notification lands when a manager changes a time, adds a day or uploads a file (usually within a minute or two), so crew are never the last to know their own schedule changed.

Gigcall is offline-first, not just offline-tolerant. Open a day sheet on a plane, edit it, close the laptop — it is exactly as you left it the moment a bar of signal comes back, and everyone else's edits arrive right along with it.
ONE CLEAN PDF
Export a single day, a run of dates or the whole tour as one paper day sheet: a crew copy that drops anything marked managers-only, or the full manager copy — printed, emailed, or clipped to a call sheet.
WORKS IN FOUR LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, set per device or chosen by each person, so an international crew reads the same day sheet in the language they work in.
CREW SEATS ARE FREE
Invite your crew with a code or a link at no cost, on any plan. Only the manager running the schedule needs a paid seat, and an invited crew member can start their own tour free when the time comes.
Every change keeps a history, so "who moved this and when" always has an answer, right there on the field that changed. And nothing is ever really gone by accident: deleted items sit in Recently Deleted for 30 days before they're removed for good, with a plain Restore button while they're there.
