PawBreak helps you notice how much time slips into your phone, and takes you on short, calm breaks with a cat.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Give PawBreak Screen Time access.
2. Pick the apps, categories or websites you want breaks from, with Apple's own picker.
3. Set how long you can use each one and how long the break is. Pati goes on watch.
When the time is up, a calm break screen covers those apps. Tap "Take the Break" and your animated cat and a live countdown are waiting in PawBreak. When the break ends, your apps unlock and you carry on where you left off.

PRIVACY

• Sharing how you use the app (like your break count and settings) is optional, and you can turn it off in Settings at any time.
• No tracking or ad tools.
PawBreak is not a parental control or a hard lock. It's a personal focus and break tool that works with the Screen Time access you give it. You can stop watching at any time or remove access in iOS Settings.
