Gather the family for a round of Yut Nori! Invite friends with a link, take on animal AI, and put the board on a big screen. Add Splash squares and your own house rules. Yut Nori is the traditional Korean board game families play together at Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok. Now the whole family can play right from their iPhones. No sticks or paper board needed. Create a room, send the link, and grandparents, cousins, and friends can all join in. ■ Play together, live • Online rooms for 2–6 players • Invite with a link. Friends join with just a nickname, no sign-up • Join instantly with a room code • Every player for themselves, or team up 2v2, 3v3, or 2v2v2 • Fill empty seats with AI ■ Play solo anytime • Take on cute animal-character AI opponents • Each character has its own personality and chimes in with short lines (you can turn this off) ■ Put the board on the big screen • Visit yutnori.party in a laptop or smart TV browser, and the big screen becomes the board • Scan the QR code or type the 6-digit number to connect • Your iPhone is the controller: everyone throws and moves from their own hand ■ True to tradition • Do, Gae, Geol, Yut, Mo, plus Back-do • Capturing, stacking, and corner shortcuts • A piece that stops on the last square is still on the board: it can be captured, and only leaves by passing it • Not sure of the rules? The built-in How to Play guide walks you through them ■ Your house rules • Turn Back-do, Nak, and stacking on or off • Choose when a capture earns an extra throw • Exact exit only • 3, 4, or 5 pieces each, plus a turn timer • Splash squares: place a Trap square that sends pieces back to start, or a Lift square that picks up a waiting piece ■ Make the board yours • 8 board themes, from Obangsaek colors and an old painted board to linen, lotus-on-hanji, silk, rainbow Saekdong, and a wooden puzzle • 3 board shapes: square, circle, and diamond • Everyone sees the board the host picked, big screen included • Pick your favorite yut stick style • Shake your iPhone to throw, with Korean traditional instrument sound effects and animal sounds ■ Easy to start • Start with just a nickname, no login needed • Optionally sign in with Apple, Google, or Kakao • Available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese The home screen art is Kim Hong-do's "Gonu Nori (Yut Nori)" from his Danwon genre paintings, National Museum of Korea. Gather everyone around this holiday and play a round of Yut Nori. Will it be Yut, or Mo?
