Stan Lokalu: Rental Inspection

Move-in & move-out reports

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Describe your rental once, then complete a handover protocol in minutes: photos, meter readings, keys and both signatures. Share a PDF. Your data stays on your device. Stan Lokalu is a handover and return protocol for rental properties, on your iPhone and iPad. You describe the property once, then for every tenancy you create a move-in and move-out report from the ready template: with photos, meter readings, keys and both parties' signatures. You send the finished PDF by e-mail or a messenger. WHO IT IS FOR Landlords who want tidy paperwork and a clear record of the condition at handover and at return. It also helps tenants, property managers and anyone handing over or taking back a place. WHAT IT DOES • Property template: rooms, areas, elements to rate (walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors, lighting, sockets), appliances with serial numbers and their condition • Meters: electricity (serial number, PPE number, seal, zones T1, T2, T3), cold and hot water, gas, heating and custom meters • Keys, remotes and cards with counts • Custom categories: access and passwords, documents, garden and balcony, parking, cleanliness, safety, utilities (ready-made or fully your own) • Photos from the camera or your library, kept inside the app, not in your camera roll • Condition in one tap: OK, attention, defect, with a note • Both parties sign on the screen, one after the other on the same device • After signing, the protocol is locked, and its SHA-256 hash shows the consistency of the record • A PDF with photos, readings and signatures, ready to share by Mail, AirDrop, Messages and Files • Property return: see the handover condition next to the current one, previous readings and meter consumption • An archive, search with suggestions (properties, tenants) and swipe to delete • Dark and light looks, iPhone and iPad SIMPLE AND PRIVATE No account and no ads. Your data stays on your device. If you want it on both your iPhone and iPad, Pro lets you turn on sync through your own private iCloud. PRICING The first two signed protocols are free. After that, a one-time purchase of Stan Lokalu Pro unlocks the rest: unlimited protocols and iCloud sync. No subscription. GOOD TO KNOW Made with the Polish rental market in mind (for example the electricity meter PPE number and amounts in PLN), but usable anywhere. A signature drawn on the screen is not a qualified electronic signature, and the app is not legal advice. If you are unsure whether the template fits your agreement, ask a lawyer. Available in English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese.

Ratings & Reviews

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

Version 0.2.0 • An ongoing tenancy stays on the main list: after the handover is signed you see the days of tenancy and a "Create return" button. A tenancy moves to the archive only once its return is signed. • New "More → Protocols" screen: all, ongoing tenancies, archive. • New languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. • Fix: signatures were not visible in the PDF with the dark theme. • A "Feedback" link in "More".
