Balmy is a calm, private eczema journal for you, your baby, your child or someone you care for. Log itch on a simple body map in seconds, see whether things are calming down, and bring a clear, dated summary to your appointment, even on the day your skin looks fine.
A BODY MAP MADE FOR REAL LIFE
• Tap an area, pick Mild, Moderate, Severe or Unbearable, then Save. Nothing is saved until you say so.
• Right and left are separate, because eczema isn't always on both sides.
• A baby, child or adult figure, depending on who the journal is for.
• Logging something from earlier? Pick "30 minutes ago", "Last night" or any time.
NIGHTS COUNT TOO
• Woken up by itching? Note how many times, how bad it was and where it itched most.
SEE IF IT'S CALMING DOWN
• Trends shows the past week day by day, and longer periods week by week, in one plain sentence.
• Where it itched most, and on how many days.
• A calendar of every day, with that day's map and photos.
PHOTOS THAT MAKE SENSE
• Photos are grouped by body area.
• When you take a new one, your last photo of that area appears faintly, so you can match the angle.
