TODAY Open the app and read one sentence, like a foreman's morning rundown. Who is new and where your site walks are. Under it are the new leads, each with the first words of what they wrote, then today's site walks with directions, then anything that has gone quiet. Tap a lead to read it. EVERY LEAD IN ONE LIST Name, town, project, budget, timeline, photos, and exactly what they wrote. One tap calls, texts a first message in your name, or books the site walk. Swipe to move a lead from New to Called, Site walk booked, Quoted, Won, or Lost. Won asks what the contract is worth. Lost asks why in one tap. Swipe junk to Spam and that number stops buzzing your phone. A phone call or a referral goes in with one tap, so every lead is in one list. ONE NOTIFICATION Your phone gets one notification when a lead lands, and nothing more. Quiet hours hold the sound overnight. No timers and no nagging. The lead is there when you are off the job. JOB DONE Shoot the before when you book the walk. The app holds it for months. When the job wraps, the camera shows that photo see through, so the after lines up from the same spot. Send the pairs, a few more photos, and one sentence. They become a project page on your site. The same tap opens Messages with a review request and your Google review link, ready to send to the homeowner. YOUR PRICE BOOK Your rates, per square, square foot, linear foot, room, or unit. Change one on your phone and the quote tool on your site prices the next homeowner from it within a minute. Each rate shows when it last changed. NUMBERS IN DOLLARS Leads this month, site walks, jobs won, and what they were worth. Google Ads clients also see spend, cost per lead, and cost per signed job. REQUESTS Ask for a change to your site in a sentence. Care covers small changes. Priced work shows the price up front and is paid by invoice outside the app. CALENDAR Every site walk you book lands on a calendar in the app, with the address and what they asked for.
