N-Ways Business is the phone app for delivery and logistics companies, their dispatchers and their riders, on N-Ways' own map of 15 West African countries: Nigeria, Ghana, Benin, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, The Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Gabon and Cabo Verde. FOR DISPATCHERS • See every rider and vehicle live: bikes, cars, vans, trucks, keke, bicycles, boats and people on foot. Moving, stopped, offline and late at a glance. • Tap a rider to follow them, get directions to them, call them, share a live tracking link with your customer, or replay their day. • Send a job in seconds: pickup, drop-off, the customer's WhatsApp number, a deadline and the nearest free rider. Your regular customers and their addresses are remembered. • The customer gets a delivery PIN and the rider asks for it at the door: no more "I didn't receive it". • Alerts when it matters: a rider leaves their delivery area, goes silent, stops too long, a delivery runs late, or a possible crash. Acknowledge and resolve them from your phone. • Your riders' records: ID, licence, guarantors and their papers, filled in by the rider from a link you send by WhatsApp or email, for you to approve. • Riders, contractors, vehicles and zones in one place. Invite a rider with a code. FOR RIDERS • Join your company with the code it sends you. • Your jobs, up to three at a time, in the order to do them: where to pick up, where to deliver, the customer to call. • Turn-by-turn guidance on N-Ways routes, made for the roads you ride. • Hold to confirm picked up and delivered, add a photo or the customer's signature, or say why you couldn't deliver. It works offline and sends when you're back online. • Crash detection while you ride: if you don't answer after a hard crash, your company and the people you chose are told where you are. • You're in control: your location is shared with your company only while you're on duty, with a notification the whole time. Go off duty and sharing stops. Your company signs up on the web at nways.ng. The same N-Ways account works in the N-Ways map app and on the N-Ways console, where the company manages its settings. N-Ways Business is for people aged 18 and over.
