Choose when your distracting apps are available. Unflurry blocks them outside those hours—and lets you change a rule only while that app is allowed. Choose when your apps are available. Unflurry blocks them the rest of the time. Give distracting apps a place in your day—and make room for everything else. Choose an app, set its allowed hours, and review before you commit. YOUR APPS. YOUR HOURS. Make a daily routine or choose specific weekdays. Evening and overnight schedules work too. Your hours follow local time when you travel. A RULE THAT HOLDS. If you allow an app from 5–7 pm, you can use it during those hours. That is also when you can edit or remove its rule. Outside that window, the app is blocked and the rule stays in place. No in-app pause, snooze, or extra minute. SAY WHEN. THEN CONFIRM. Describe your hours in your own words, or choose your times manually. Review the days and hours before making a commitment. Nothing is blocked until you confirm. KNOW WHAT’S NEXT. See when each app next becomes available. Saved schedules keep working offline and when Unflurry is closed. Manual time entry works offline too. OPTIONAL DELETION PROTECTION. To make it harder to bypass a rule by deleting Unflurry, you can also restrict app deletion. This applies to every app on your iPhone, including Unflurry. It starts off, and you can skip it. With protection enabled, deletion is allowed from midnight to 6 am, plus a daytime window you choose of at least two hours. You can change or turn off this protection only during those existing deletion hours. PERMISSION AND PRIVACY. Unflurry uses Apple’s Screen Time permission, which you can revoke in Settings. Describing a schedule sends your text and timezone to our hosted service and OpenAI; selected-app tokens are never sent. Manual entry is an offline alternative. Free for iPhone. No subscription. No account required.
