Write or say a symptom in your own words. The AI chat turns it into a clean entry with time and intensity, and you can ask questions about your own notes: when did it start, how often, what changed.

7 days free for eligible new subscribers, then monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

A cleaner Home screen: your treatment and symptoms first, then only the cards for what you actually note in chat. Clearer messages when a file is too large or the monthly upload limit is reached. Small fixes.
