Care brings health information together in one profile for yourself and each person you look after. Upload a lab report, prescription or discharge summary, and Care uses automated processing to extract information such as test results, dates and medicine names. Each person has a separate profile, keeping their records organized and distinct. With Care, you can: • View test results alongside the reference ranges printed on their reports • Track how the same test values change across reports over time • Keep track of medications and set reminders for appointments, tests and other important dates • Create a health brief bringing together conditions, medications and recent test results to share with a healthcare professional • Keep original documents available so you can check extracted information against the source Care does not independently determine your health values.
