MyMFA combines one-time TOTP codes with sign-in approvals for services connected to MyOffice MFA.
• Add a TOTP account by scanning a QR code and generate codes on your phone.
• Manage multiple accounts and search by service, username or other account details.
• Pair an organizational account using a QR code or a pairing link supplied by your administrator.
• Check the service and user before approving or rejecting a request.
• Create a password-protected encrypted backup and restore it from a file.
TOTP codes are calculated locally. Organizational pairing and approvals require a compatible MyOffice MFA service and a network connection. Enable notifications for new requests; when using Focus, also allow MyMFA in the relevant mode. Restoring an organizational account description may require pairing again.
