Filamenta is a native Mac app that monitors and manages the 3D printers on your local network. It talks directly to your printers, with no accounts, no analytics and no cloud.
Support for more brands and models is planned.
MULTI-PRINTER DASHBOARD
• See every printer in the sidebar with its name, model, state, progress, temperature and a preview of the current print.
• Open a printer for full details: layer, elapsed and remaining time, estimated finish, speed and flow, bed and toolhead temperatures.
LIVE CAMERA AND PRINT CONTROL
• View the printer's camera, enlarge it and refresh it automatically.
• Pause, resume or cancel the current print.
• Get notified when a print completes, fails or is cancelled.
FILES AND PRINTING
• Browse the files on each printer with thumbnails, and upload .gcode or .gcode.3mf files by dragging them in.
• Before printing, map each filament in the file to the right toolhead, and choose options such as automatic bed leveling, flow calibration and timelapse.
• See the brand, type and colour of the filament loaded in each toolhead.
FILE SYNC BETWEEN PRINTERS
• Copy files between printers of the same model with a couple of clicks, or drag a file onto another printer in the sidebar.
• Sync never deletes files, and name conflicts are reported instead of overwritten.
MENU BAR AND SETUP
• Quick status and shortcuts from the macOS menu bar.
• A setup wizard finds printers on your network, or you can add one by IP address.
• Adjustable refresh intervals and an option to open at login.
• A warning when a printer runs firmware that differs from the tested version.
