· How-to-play guides for all 106 games are rewritten in shorter, plainer sentences. · Diagrams now show real moves on the real board, with the same pieces you play with. · The board-markers page lists only the markers each game uses, and the first-game lesson matches how that game is played. · Many rule explanations are corrected. · Fixed a possible freeze while placing pieces in Watermelon Chess · Twelve Pieces.

· A new look for movable pieces: a soft red shadow sits underneath each one. When your turn begins it ripples out once from your opponent's last move, then stays still. · Movable pieces are easier to spot on crowded boards such as Push the Line and on square-cell boards. · Match settings: games where the first move follows your side, such as Beat the Wolf, the cannon games, tiger games and Tablut, now let you pick your side or role; Puluc explains that the opening throw decides who starts. · Smoother, more battery-friendly play: the board no longer redraws constantly just to animate the hint.

What's new in 1.1.2: 1. After forming a line or square, choosing which piece to capture no longer replays the placement animation; 2. If time runs out while you're choosing a capture, one is now picked for you instead of leaving the move half-finished.
