Turnabee is a shared family planner for the person who keeps everyone organized. Add a plan once, and it lands in each family member's own calendar – Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook – with reminders. They don't need to install anything or create an account.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Plan for anyone: school pickups, chores, appointments, bills, birthdays. Choose who it's for, and it appears in their calendar.
• AI that reads notices: paste a message, snap a photo of a paper notice, or just say it. The AI lists the dates and tasks for you to check, then adds them.
• Forward an email: forward school or class emails to your group's own address, and the plans are added automatically. You get a notification to check them.
• Repeating chores: trash every Tuesday, a filter every 6 months, or "again a month after it's done".
• Replies: family members tap "Done" or "Got it", so you know without asking.
• The board: today, what's coming up and what's overdue, at a glance.
• Group calendar: month, week and day views for the family tablet or for grandparents, with holidays (Western, Taiwan, Japan).
• Keep it secret: plan a surprise party without the birthday person seeing it.
• Find a time when everyone is free.
• Helpers: share the planning with your partner.
• Widgets: today, tomorrow, this week, the group calendar and the AI assistant on your home screen.
• Take your data with you any time.
