Pipsmith is a dice roguelike set in the smithing town of Cinderford. Roll five dice, keep the ones you like, and knock a pip up or down with the hammer to make the hand. Every order comes with a sheet of slots, and where you bank each hand decides whether you meet the target.
ROLL, HOLD, HAMMER
- Three throws a hand, more with the right die set or charm. Keep what you like in the clamp.
- One free hammer blow every hand: turn a 4 into a 5 and three fives become four. Keep the blow and the hand gets +1 Mult.
- Charms on your pegboard bend the numbers. Build each run around them.
A WEEK ACROSS CINDERFORD
- Choose your road on a branching map: Commissions, Rush Orders, Guild Orders, Markets, Anvils, Hearths, Strangers and Strongboxes.
- Twelve bosses of the week, each bending one rule. The Forgemaster waits at the end.
- Win at Heat 6 or higher and keep going into the Old Forge, where the Ironwright waits.
- Push on into the endless Outskirts and see how far your dice will carry you.
MORE TO PLAY
- The Undercroft: a second campaign in the flooded cellars under the town, with a damp forge, deep runs and five new bosses. It opens after your first win.
- The Long Road: districts of 10, 20, 30 and then 100 steps to each boss. The first opens once you have won a week; win each road to open the next.
- Heat levels from 0 to 10 and four die sets to master.
- A daily run and a weekly challenge with the same dice for everyone, on Game Center leaderboards, plus a board for your longest run.

- Earn Embers by playing and spend them in the Workshop: 23 forge upgrades in five tiers, charms to unlock, and charms to Temper, Hone and make Masterwork.
- More than 280 achievements, 100 of them on Game Center.
- Records of every run, counted live while you play.

- A free track for everyone, with Embers on its tiers.
- A premium lane with looks and Embers, bought once, never a subscription. In a few countries the premium lane is looks only.
FAIR PLAY
- No ads, no energy timers and no account to make.
- Every campaign is in the free download.
- Daily and weekly runs use the same loadout for everyone and ignore anything bought, so the leaderboards stay fair.
- Die Casts hold cosmetics only: dice finishes, pips, trails and bench trinkets. Odds are shown in game before every opening and every purchase. Open them with Embers earned in play, or buy openings where they are offered.
- Optional purchases: dice and bench kits, the Alchemist Kit, the Hearthfire premium lane, and three advantages that never change a daily or weekly score (the Charm Rack Key, the Ember Doubler and Second Wind).
