00Quiz turns your own compatible MCP agent into a personal quiz host. Connect your agent and ask it to prepare five multiple-choice questions around your interests each morning. The hosted quiz guidance requires questions, explanations, host messages, and sources suitable for a general audience.
YOUR DAILY FIVE
Take five questions at your own pace. Choose one of four answers, lock it in, and discover the explanation. There is no timer. Your agent can add a friendly introduction, reflect on yesterday’s actual results, and adapt future questions to what you enjoy and what you are learning.
BUILD A LITTLE HABIT
Finish all five to keep your streak, whatever your score. Revisit past quizzes and explanations, and set an optional morning reminder. Streaks follow consecutive calendar days in your saved time zone.
LET A FRIEND TRY
After you finish, pass your device for a fresh attempt at the same questions. Compare both scores and each question at the end. Your friend’s temporary round does not change your saved answers, history, streak, or agent’s view of your performance.
STEER YOUR NEXT QUIZ
Share feedback after a quiz to tell your agent what you would enjoy next. Your agent can use these notes alongside your results to adapt future quizzes.
LET YOUR AGENT CHOOSE
Interests, language, and difficulty are optional. Leave them unset for your agent to choose, or tweak them in the app. Your connected agent can read your quiz history and topic performance after you authorize it. Review and revoke agent access in Settings.
BRING YOUR OWN AGENT
00Quiz does not include a built-in AI service or run a question-generation schedule. You need a separate compatible agent that supports remote MCP with OAuth. Automatic morning quizzes also require scheduled tool calls in that agent. Connecting the agent and scheduling its task are separate steps; your chosen service’s account, availability, and access requirements apply.

Sign in with Apple for your own quiz account, or try the included local sample quiz. Read cached quizzes offline; saving your own answers requires a connection. 00Quiz has no ads, in-app purchases, or subscription.
