Kierbud - construction notes
Site visits, photos, reports
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Run several sites at once: visits with photos and pins, recommendations, a calendar and PDF reports for your client. The drawing grows with each stage. Works offline.
Kierbud is a personal notebook for site managers. You run several sites at once, and after every visit you have a note, photos with the problems marked, and a list of recommendations. It works offline, even in a basement or on a remote plot.
IMPORTANT: Kierbud does not replace the official construction log required by law (paper or electronic). It is your working notebook: it helps you prepare entries and reports.
WHAT IT DOES
• Multiple sites: house, apartment building, warehouse, garage, renovation, road, or a custom type built from drawing blocks
• A drawing that grows with each stage, from foundations to finishing, so progress is clear at a glance
• Visits: note, weather, who was present, photos from the camera or library
• Annotated photos: arrow, circle, label and pin; turn a pin into a recommendation with one tap
• “What to check” checklists for every stage, editable per site type and per single site
• Recommendations with due dates and an overdue counter
• A visit calendar with reminders and repeats
• A PDF report from one visit or a whole site (7 days, 30 days, a stage or a custom range), with your signature, ready for your client
• Backup: your whole database in one file to send or load on another device
• iPhone, iPad and Mac
PRIVACY
No account and no server of ours. Photos and notes stay on your device.
