Mac
Try the interactive rug preview free in the app window. Buy once for desktop use, with ten rugs and five floor finishes. No subscription.
A rug for your Mac desktop, with a free interactive preview.
Drag the rug body and lift a corner in the app window before you buy. A one-time purchase unlocks desktop use, placing an interactive textile rug over part of your Mac desktop. Lift a corner to reach a file, then close it again. Your files stay where you left them.
Make it yours
- Ten rug appearances, from Persian-inspired patterns to quiet neutrals.
- Five optional Wood and Marble floor finishes. Your system wallpaper stays unchanged.
- Size, position and rotation controls, saved placement and fabric shape, and Lock position.
- Menu-bar access to Appearance & Controls, Reveal Desktop and Quit. No Dock icon.
- A dark interface, silent interaction and Reduce Motion support, with an immediate reveal option.
Preview free. Unlock once.
The free preview stays inside the app window and does not cover your desktop. It does not start a trial or a purchase. Buy the one-time full-app unlock to use the rug and optional floor on your desktop, including the current ten rugs and five floor finishes. No subscription. No automatic charge.
Already purchased? Restore Purchases restores a valid Apple unlock. Previously verified permanent access continues offline, subject to purchase revocation. Internet is required to activate or restore purchases.
Complimentary access, if provided, needs internet verification at each app launch. After verification, it can continue offline for up to 24 hours in that running session, ending earlier if the gift expires. Reconnect to refresh it.
Earlier 3-day trials
This version does not offer new 3-day trials. Valid trials claimed in earlier versions keep their original 72-hour period, including after restoration. Their clock continues while the app is closed; restoring or reinstalling does not restart it. Legacy trial access needs internet at each app launch, then can continue offline in that running session until expiry. After expiry, the free in-window preview remains available and your saved choices remain.
No Rugberry account is required; purchases use your Apple Account. Contact Support opens an editable email draft with app and access details. You can edit or remove details, open the draft in an email app or copy it for manual email. You choose whether to send it.
Requires macOS 14 or later and a Metal-capable Mac. One rug on one display at a time.
Rugberry is a visual cover. It does not read, move, organize or delete your desktop files, and it does not provide confidential storage.
