HVAC Flat Rate works out what you should charge, prices every repair from it, and turns the price into a quote your customer can sign. Then it sends the invoice. It runs on your iPhone or iPad, and it works with no signal.
Know what to charge
Answer a few plain questions: what you pay a tech, what your shop costs, how many hours you can bill and how much profit you want to keep. The app gives you one hourly rate and shows how it got there.
A price book from day one
Common repairs are already priced. Every price comes from your rate, a parts markup and your profit goal. Change any price. Add your own repairs.
Quote at the house
Pick a repair, add a diagnostic fee or a member price, and the total is ready. Show Good, Better and Best side by side. The customer picks one and signs with a finger. If they say yes by phone or text, tap "Customer said yes."
Get paid
A signed quote becomes an invoice in one tap. Record payments as they come in. Send a PDF of any quote or invoice.
Your work stays yours
Your work is saved on your device. Make a backup file, export your price book as a CSV file, or export QuickBooks Online files. There is no live link to QuickBooks. A free account is your choice. It keeps a safe copy and lets you use the same work on more than one device.
Made for small shops
Big text. Big buttons. Plain words. A "?" next to any word that could confuse you.
What it does not do
There is no dispatch, no scheduling and no card payments. It does not file taxes. The prices it starts with are starting points. You are in charge of what you charge.
Subscription
Start with a free trial of 7 days. After the trial the subscription costs $49.99 a year. You can also pay $14.99 a month or $39.99 every 3 months. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews by itself unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings, under your name and Subscriptions. If you start a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
