YOUR ROUTINE AT EVERY PROPERTY Built for self-employed professionals cleaning several properties, including holiday rentals. Keep clients, addresses, instructions, supplies and usual checklists together. Reuse a checklist for each visit or create your own templates. You can also document light maintenance. DOCUMENT THE WORK Check tasks by area and keep public notes separate from internal notes. Add camera or library photos, choose before and after images visually and annotate a copy while preserving the original. Attach photos directly to an issue and record issues resolved on a later visit. A CLEAR PDF FOR YOUR CLIENT Review tasks, public notes, photos and issues before archiving. Include your name or logo and, if needed, an optional handwritten signature with consent. When the work changes, create an updated PDF: saved versions keep their original contents. Internal notes stay outside the PDF. Share through system apps, save to Files or print. Your client does not need ListoParte. Sharing does not confirm delivery or change the visit's status. YOUR SCHEDULE AT HAND View and create visits in Agenda, return to Today or filter by property. Open Directions in Maps when needed. The individual agenda, rescheduling and optional local reminders are free. Repeat a visit or use Pro to create finite series of 2–12 weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits. LOCAL WORK AND MANUAL BACKUPS Work without an account or connection. Export a complete manual backup and restore it in ListoParte to transfer your records. Password encryption is on by default: keep the password, because it cannot be recovered. There is no automatic sync. Maps and Apple's purchase services need their respective external services. FIVE NEW REPORTS A MONTH, FREE The free plan includes reports for five new visits per local calendar month. Only the first successful archive of a visit counts; previews do not. Revisions and re-exports of unlocked visits stay available even after Pro ends. Creating and editing visits, tasks, photos, signatures, templates, history and backups remain free. LISTOPARTE PRO Pro adds unlimited new reports and the creation of recurring visit series. Choose a monthly or annual subscription: Apple's price and the full annual total appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Restore purchases in the app. No ads or tracking.
