Volunteer hours, requirements and outreach for teams that run on volunteers. Sign in with your work account or Microsoft 365.
Volunteer Ledger is the mobile app for volunteerledger.com, the volunteer management system for hospices, arts organizations and nonprofits.
For volunteers:
• See your hours this month and this year
• Log hours in seconds, with miles and a note
• See your upcoming shifts and sign up for open ones
• Check your requirements and when each one expires
For coordinators and staff:
• A dashboard of what needs attention: expired or missing requirements, renewals coming up, and new applications
• Look up any volunteer, then call or email them
• Update a volunteer's requirements and attach a photo or a document
• Log hours for a volunteer and review recent entries
• Email your volunteers, by area or by name
Your organization gives you access. Sign in with the email they have on file for you, or with Microsoft 365 if your organization uses it. Accounts are created by your organization; there is no sign-up in the app.
The app keeps only what its screens show, works offline with your last saved copy, and has no ads or tracking.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
New: shifts show where and any notes, and "Release" is now "Can't make it". You can see who to contact about a shift and when your hours count. The tab bar now stays on screen when you open a volunteer or a requirement. Hours accept times like 2:30 and say when you can still change an entry. Support email is in About.
