New: letters from the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain, explained in Darija. Moroccan letters stay free.
Did you or your family get a letter and it's not clear what to do? Take a photo. Mou3awana explains it in Darija.
Mou3awana is not a government app and is not affiliated with any government agency. Its information comes from the official sources listed below.
How it works
1. Photograph the letter or pick a photo.
2. Mou3awana reads it: who sent it, what they ask for and whether it's urgent.
3. The amount, file number and deadline stay pinned at the top.
4. The steps in order, and a button that opens the official site and copies your number.
5. Tap "Remind me" to get a notification three days before the deadline.
Letters it already knows well
• Housing tax and municipal services tax (DGI)
• Traffic and speed camera fines (NARSA, Treasury)
• CNSS mail, such as the school attendance check
Other letters get an explanation too, with the office and number when they are readable.
