FixGram shows the calories in a photo of your plate or in what you say you ate. AI recognizes the foods and estimates the grams, and you have the final word: correct any value if you know better. The app is in English, Romanian, Russian, German, Italian and Ukrainian. FROM A PHOTO, IN SECONDS • The + button opens the camera: food, barcode or nutrition label, with flashlight and photo library • AI estimates grams, calories, protein, fat and carbs • Knows local home cooking: sarmale, zeamă, plăcinte, mămăligă, borscht • When AI isn't sure, it asks "Is this right?" so you know what to check SAY WHAT YOU ATE • Type or dictate: "two cheese pies and a glass of kefir" • Works in English, Romanian, Russian, German, Italian or Ukrainian • You get the same food list as from a photo YOU CORRECT, FIXGRAM LEARNS • Change grams, calories per 100 g or the total; everything else updates instantly • Write what's wrong ("it's buckwheat, not bulgur") and AI recalculates • FixGram remembers your corrections (on your phone) and uses them next time; view or delete them anytime FASTER EVERY DAY • Saved foods and recently eaten foods • "The usual?": the meal you often eat at this time, in one tap • "Add again" and "Move to another day" for any meal A PLAN THAT FITS YOU • A few questions at the start: sex, age, height, weight, activity and goal • Your daily goal uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, at the pace you choose • Safety limits: the goal never drops below a calorie minimum, and we don't suggest a deficit for anyone under 18 APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) • Calories burned through activity are added to your daily goal: 50%, 75% or 100% • Import sex, birth date, height and weight • Raw Apple Health data stays on your phone DAY BY DAY • The whole week at a glance, with a progress ring for each day • Your streak and weekly, monthly and yearly charts • Progress toward your target weight • iCloud sync: your diary follows you to a new iPhone WITH FRIENDS (OPTIONAL) • Add each other with invite codes • Daily challenge: points for how close each person is to their own goal. Eating less doesn't win • A feed of meals from the last 24 hours, reactions and stories • Friends never see your weight or Apple Health data • Any photo can be reported, and a person reviews reports within 24 hours. Block anyone and delete your account in the app PRIVACY Your diary, meal photos and weight stay on your phone and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud; we can't see them. A photo or text sent for analysis passes through the FixGram server to the AI model and isn't stored on the server. With Friends, the server only gets your daily summary for the challenge and, if you choose to share them, your meal photos, deleted after 2 days. No ads and no tracking. FixGram is free.
