Studio Helper is a scheduling and billing tool for music, dance, art and tutoring studios — and for private teachers who teach on their own. SCHEDULING • One timetable shows every room; a month calendar shows how many lessons each day • Weekly lessons, one-off lessons, group classes, reschedules, substitutes and closures • Blocks room, teacher or student clashes and shows which lesson is in the way LEAVES AND MAKE-UPS • Student leave, late cancellation (teacher already there) and teacher leave are recorded separately • For each leave, choose whether to charge, how to pay the teacher (normal share, half share, travel fee or none), and whether to make it up or extend • A make-up list shows who still needs a lesson LESSON CREDITS AND PAYMENTS • Students buy lesson credits (single, discounted packs or terms); each lesson uses one • See who is running low or owes lessons; payment reminders are written for you • One student can take several subjects; siblings can share one reminder • Monthly income summary you can copy into Excel TEACHER AND STAFF PAY • Teacher share by percentage, fixed per lesson, hourly or per student • Hourly staff, bonuses and deductions • One-tap pay summaries; lock a month after payday so it never changes PARENT LINK • Parents see upcoming lessons, remaining credits and leave/make-up status in a browser, and can add lessons to their phone calendar • No download, no login; parents never see prices or other students OWNER AND FRONT DESK • Owners manage prices and settings; managers handle daily records • Every change is logged with who made it and what changed ALSO • iPhone and iPad; Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese • Backup and restore • Messages are drafts you copy into your chat app — nothing is sent automatically • No ads, no tracking SUBSCRIPTION • Your first studio comes with a 14-day free trial; no credit card needed. • After the trial you can subscribe in the app: Personal (teaching on your own) NT$200/month or Studio (rooms and other teachers) NT$400/month, or the equivalent price in your region. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
