Your latest glucose value from Nightscout, in the menu bar and briefly at the edge of the screen. Free. A one-time purchase adds highlighting in a colour you pick. Gluce shows the glucose values from your own Nightscout server on your Mac. The latest value sits in the menu bar. Each time a new one arrives, it also appears for a few seconds at the right edge of the screen, then fades away. At the edge of the screen, the value stretches from the previous reading to the new one, so you see the change between the two. Move the pointer onto it and it hides. Click the value in the menu bar for a chart of the last hour, the latest and the previous value, and the difference between them. Free: • The latest value in the menu bar and at the edge of the screen • The chart of the last hour • mmol/l or mg/dl, with a comma or a period • Launch at login Full version, a one-time in-app purchase that your family can share through Family Sharing: • Highlight values above or below numbers you choose, in a colour you choose, at the edge of the screen and in the chart • Choose how long the value stays on screen, from 5 to 60 seconds • Hide the value when the pointer reaches it, and bring it back when the pointer moves away What you need: • Your own Nightscout server. If it needs a token, use one with read-only access. • macOS 26 or later Gluce connects only to your server and to the App Store. It has no accounts, analytics or tracking, and it sends nothing to us. The server address stays in the macOS Keychain on your Mac. Gluce makes no sounds and sends no notifications. It only shows values. Gluce is not a medical device. It shows glucose values from a data source you set up and does not measure, analyse or evaluate anything. Do not use it for treatment decisions. Always rely on your meter or CGM and consult your doctor. Values can arrive late, be missing or be wrong, and Gluce shows them as it receives them.
