Marine Survey is a working tool for marine surveyors, auditors and ships' officers: the audit or survey is prepared, conducted and reported in one place, on iPhone, iPad or Mac, without a connection at sea. WHAT IT HOLDS • 59 checklists, 5,060 questions: ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, flag State and class surveys, Pre-PSC, navigational audit, cyber security, DP trials, IMCA eCMID and OVID, TMSA, SIRE 2.0, RightShip RISQ, CDI-M, BIRE, on-hire and off-hire, bunker, draft and cargo surveys, P&I condition, hull and machinery damage, marine warranty, general average, towage, dry-dock, newbuilding and more. Every question carries its reference and its guidance. • The vessel library: 121 mandatory documents and certificates and 100 items of equipment, each with the instrument that requires it, its validity and what to check, filtered by the type of vessel and the gross tonnage. • The whole audit in order: Vessel Particulars, Preparation, Opening Meeting, Audit Checklist with findings and photographs, Closing Meeting, and the Report as PDF and Word, issued in numbered versions. • RISQ: the checklist reproduces the programme's questionnaire in English, for readiness. SIRE 2.0, OVID (OVIQ4) and the other programme checklists: the application's own preparation checklists. None is an official inspection or produces a report recognised by a programme. HOW IT WORKS • Offline. Every answer is stored as it is typed; nothing is lost when the connection is. • A finding on any question, with the observed fact, the evidence and a photograph, presented and agreed at the closing meeting and carried into the report. • Applicability by vessel type and tonnage: items the app treats as not applicable are hidden or marked, with the rule it relies on; check them against the vessel's own requirements. • Your own audits: add questions and write your own checklist. • Report design: your logo, your signature, your colours and typeface. • Documents read on the device: a photographed certificate or document is read on the device itself, offline, to fill the Vessel Documents list. • Eleven interface languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Korean. The checklists (except RightShip RISQ, kept in English) and the library are translated; the report can repeat every question in English under its translated wording. SUBSCRIPTION Seven days free for new subscribers through the App Store, then EUR 9.99 a month or EUR 99.99 a year (prices in other countries are set by the App Store). The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store account settings. Without a subscription every saved project still opens and reads; a new project, issuing a report, the report design and filling from a photo or a document need it.
