ReapWell Calories & Activity
Calorie deficit from Health
$0.99 · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Calories in. Calories out. Nothing else.
ReapWell turns the data already in Apple Health into one number you can act on: today's calorie deficit. It reads the calories you burn from your Apple Watch and workouts, and the calories and macros your food tracker already logs to Apple Health, then shows the difference.
No account. No ads. No subscription. One price, and nothing leaves your device.
HOW IT WORKS
• Calories out = your resting burn plus the active energy your Apple Watch records
• Calories in = what your nutrition app writes to Apple Health, with protein, carbs, and fat
• The difference is your deficit, shown on a ring that fills as you eat through your day
YOUR BASELINE, FROM YOUR OWN DATA
• Height, weight, age, and sex pre-fill from Apple Health
• Your activity level is suggested from your last four weeks of workouts
• Resting burn uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, or switch to Apple Health's resting energy
A GOAL THAT'S YOURS
• Set any daily target from a 500 kcal surplus to a 1,000 kcal deficit
• Suggestions from gentle to aggressive, with the expected weekly pace
• A clear note when a target pushes intake too low
SEE IT EVERYWHERE
• Today: deficit, calories in and out, macros, and today's workouts
• Trends: seven days of net calories with a weekly estimate of weight change
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your balance and calories left to eat
• Apple Watch app and watch-face complication
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
ReapWell only reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. There is no server, no login, and no analytics. Your profile stays on your iPhone, and your health data stays in Apple Health.
Works with any nutrition app that syncs to Apple Health. Requires iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch optional.
Calorie and weight-change figures are estimates. ReapWell is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
Ratings & Reviews
ReapWell 1.4 is a big one.
GOAL WEIGHT BY A DATE
Pick a goal weight and a date, and ReapWell suggests the daily deficit (or surplus) to get there. It never suggests more than about 2 lb a week, more than 1% of your body weight a week, or a target that drops you under a healthy minimum intake. If your date is too ambitious, it shows the safe pace and the earliest realistic date instead. Each week it checks your real weigh-ins and offers an updated goal if you're ahead or behind. Nothing changes unless you tap.
YOUR REAL MAINTENANCE
After a few weeks of logging and weigh-ins, Trends works out what you actually burn from how your weight responds. If ReapWell's numbers run high or low for you, one tap adds a personal adjustment so the deficit you see matches the scale.
DEEPER TRENDS
• 7, 30, and 90-day views
• Weekdays vs. weekends, to spot where the week slips
• How many days you logged
• Weight chart that follows the range
LIVE ACTIVITY, ON YOUR TERMS
Your balance now shows on Apple Watch in the Smart Stack, and only during the hours you choose (5 to 9 PM by default). It ends on its own when your window closes.
MORE WAYS TO CHECK IN
• Ask Siri: "How many calories do I have left in ReapWell"
• A Control Center button with calories left
• Your 7-day balance on the widget and Apple Watch
• Optional daily protein goal
• Export 90 days of history as a spreadsheet
POLISH
• Better VoiceOver support and larger text sizes throughout
• Onboarding and layout fixes
Still read-only, still on your device. No account, no server, no ads.
