Point your iPhone at a phone memory chip and see its category instantly. Count what you sort, add your prices and share a clean list with your buyers. ChipID reads the markings on phone memory chips with your iPhone camera and tells you, instantly, which category each one belongs to. Sort recycled boards faster and with fewer mistakes. POINT AND READ • The camera opens ready to scan. Frame the laser markings and the category appears on its own, no typing. • Hold the phone still and ChipID takes the photo itself, with a flash, reads it and outlines the chip, so you can check before saving. • Misread? Drag the outline to the edges of the chip and ChipID reads it again, or tap Scan again for another photo. Pinch and drag the photo to reach corners near the edge. In low light, turn on the flashlight. • Marking too faint to be detected? After a few still seconds a shutter button appears: take the photo yourself and fit the outline to the chip. • What ChipID reads appears written over the chip as you aim, and on the photo it's corrected with the final reading. Press and hold the photo to see the marking itself. • Hard to read? ChipID suggests the closest models, one per category: tap one and it's set. • Recognizes eMCP and uMCP by package and memory (for example, BGA221 · 2 GB RAM + 16 GB ROM), and eMMC and UFS chips from Samsung, SanDisk, Toshiba/Kioxia, SK hynix and more than fifteen other brands. • Also RAM (LPDDR3 to LPDDR5X, DDR3 to DDR5) and NAND flash, decoded from the part number: Samsung, SK hynix, Micron, Kioxia/Toshiba, CXMT, Nanya, SanDisk and Intel, plus Micron's 5-character FBGA codes, also for its eMMC, UFS and MCP chips. More than 10,000 models and codes. • Tolerates the usual misreadings of laser-etched text, like an O read as a zero, a B as an 8 or an M as an N. • Is the marking worn out? Type part of the code or the category: the list narrows as you type, and an O or a zero work the same. COUNT AND PRICE • Each tap on Save adds a chip to your list, grouped by category, with a photo of the chip to check later. • Each chip gets a friendly name with its brand and capacity. Sort the list by category, friendly name or capture time. • Give each model a resale price and a note. Subtotals and the total add up on their own. • Prices in your currency, dollars, Bolivian bolivianos or Paraguayan guaraníes, each with an exchange rate you set. Each price keeps the currency you typed it in, and the others follow the rates. DATA SOURCES • Each code shows in the color of its source: the Renová table, chip manufacturers or distributors. Turn off the ones you don't want, and when two sources disagree, the chip card shows what each one says. SHARE WITH YOUR BUYER • Send a clean, organized list by WhatsApp, email or any other app. ADD WHAT'S MISSING • If a chip isn't in the database, add it in two taps: choose the line that identifies it and its category. From then on ChipID recognizes it like any other. • Email your additions to help complete the database. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything happens on your iPhone: no account, no subscription, no servers. Chip photos stay on your phone. Requires an iPhone XS or later.

• What ChipID reads appears written over the chip as you aim, and on the photo it's corrected with the final reading. Press and hold the photo to see the marking itself. • Hard to read? ChipID suggests the closest models, one per category: tap one and it's set. • Better reading of tricky markings: an M read as an N, Cyrillic or accented letters, and the rest of the photo is searched when the chip you aimed at gives nothing. • More than 900 new Micron codes for eMMC, UFS and MCP, and table corrections checked against the manufacturer. • Data sources: each code shows in the color of its source, sources can be turned off, and when two disagree the card shows what each one says. • A friendly name for each chip, with its brand and capacity, and the list sorts by category, friendly name or capture time. • Bolivian bolivianos and Paraguayan guaraníes, each currency with its own exchange rate. • The area outside the scanning frame is darker, plus a fix for adding several new chips in a row.
