This app is for hotels, guesthouses and apartments already using Roomnix.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Dashboard — arrivals, departures, occupancy, meal counts and reminders, for
today or any day ahead.
Calendar — every room and every stay on one grid. Drag a booking to move it,
block a room, mark one out of service.
Bookings — create, edit, check in and check out. Take payments, add extras,
move charges between folios.
Rates and availability — change prices by date, room type and rate plan.
Close or reopen a day for sale. What you change is pushed to your connected
channels.
Restrictions — stop sell, closed to arrival and departure, minimum and
maximum length of stay, allotment.
Channels — what is connected, which mappings are missing, and the discount
on each.
Guests — search the guest directory, edit records, scan an ID or passport at
check-in.
Inbox — guest messages from the OTAs, WhatsApp and email in one place.
Housekeeping — room status at a glance as rooms are cleaned and inspected.
Reports and statistics — occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue by channel and
more, exportable as PDF.
NOTIFICATIONS
Be told the moment a booking arrives, changes or is cancelled. Choose which
of those you want to hear about, and hold them overnight with quiet hours.
MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY
Switch between properties without signing out. Your role can differ at each.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Ελληνικά, Español and ไทย. Dates, times and
currency follow each property's own settings.
REQUIRES A ROOMNIX ACCOUNT
Roomnix is a subscription service for accommodation businesses. This app is
free, and an active account is needed to sign in. Accounts are created by
your property's administrator.
