Partypass Organizer is the companion app for event organizers on partypass.to.
• Door scanner. Checks QR tickets instantly, keeps working offline and syncs once you're back online. Tickets for another day or already used are flagged right away.
• Live sales. A push for every ticket sold, revenue, conversion and a 7- or 30-day chart.
• Guests. Search by name, email or phone, check in by hand, refund, resend a ticket.
• Event night. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island shows how many guests have arrived.
• Message guests. Reminders, time changes or a thank-you by email and Telegram, to everyone or only to those who came / didn't.
• Issue tickets. Invitations, exchanges or cash sales at the door.
• A new event in 30 seconds. Four steps, price waves, ticket types, a poster, or a copy of a past event.
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use on partypass.to. Your team (editors and door staff) sees shared events right away.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Fixed: the date and time can be changed again when creating an event.
• The calendar now opens right inside the form.
• In the guest list the amount paid comes first, so it stays visible with long ticket names.
• Event pages with a landscape poster no longer get cut off at the sides.
