Spirit ‘26 is here! This update gets the app ready for the fest, 29 Oct – 1 Nov at IIT Guwahati. NEW • Pronite line-up: OCTA BRAWL, Comedy Night with Pravit Arora, a Talk Show with Ranjit Bajaj, and WHIZBANG with Arpit Bala and Last Minute India. Each act has its date, time, venue and poster. • Informals: a redesigned list with new artwork for Tug of War, Push-up, Street Weightlifting, Fusion Hop, Laser Maze and Ping Pong Toss. • Meet the Team: a new page with the people behind Spirit ‘26. Open it from Home or from your Profile. • Merch: a featured drop card, and a size chart on every product page. • Campus map: a walking route from where you are to the venue you pick, a “Your stay” pin, and one-tap walking directions. • Day filter on the Schedule, so you can see one fest day at a time. • Emergency help: call the convener straight from the help desk. IMPROVED • New Spirit ‘26 logo and a fresh launch screen. • My Spirit on Home now shows your college’s next match, or the next match you’ve bookmarked. • College logos appear on fixtures, results, the leaderboard and podiums. • The Sponsors page now has title, Gold and Silver sponsors, and Gold sponsors are shown on Home. • Schedule and leaderboard filters: the category stays in place while sport chips scroll. • The schedule only lists sports that are part of Spirit ‘26. • Your pass shows the fest dates, 29 Oct – 1 Nov. • Merch images now fit fully on cards and product pages. • The sign-in code screen highlights the box you’re typing in. • The home carousel loops smoothly, and alerts no longer cover the screen as soon as you open the app. • The navigation bar and quick action labels are clearer. FIXES • Lost & Found posts now come only from the Spirit management team, so listings stay accurate. • Many smaller layout and performance fixes. See you on the field!
