Horef Scan turns your iPhone Pro or iPad Pro into a fast measuring tool. Walk around a room and get a floor plan with dimensions, areas, doors and windows in about a minute.
WHAT YOU GET
• Floor plan with wall lengths, room areas and perimeters, ceiling heights
• Doors (with swing), windows (with sill height), openings, furniture and appliances
• Multi-room scans stitched into one apartment or office; multiple floors
• PDF on A4, A3 or Letter at a true architectural scale (1:50, 1:100…) with a title block and schedules
• DXF for AutoCAD, BricsCAD, DraftSight, LibreCAD, ArchiCAD and Revit — walls, doors, windows, rooms and dimensions on separate layers, in millimeters
• 3D models: OBJ and USDZ, plus Apple's original RoomPlan model; view in AR
• Tape-measure calibration: enter one real wall length and the whole plan is corrected

LARGE SPACES
Halls, workshops and warehouses are too big for room mode. "Large space" mode records the raw LiDAR 3D mesh and cuts a floor plan at any height — export the mesh as PLY or OBJ and the plan as DXF.
CAD AND 3D FILES
Open DXF drawings (AutoCAD R12–2018) and STEP, IGES, STL, OBJ, PLY or USDZ models from Files, Mail or AirDrop. Drawings show their layers; models show their parts with colours and can be cut with a section plane. Viewing is free.
With Horef Scan CAD:
• Measure with snapping to line ends, midpoints, centres and model corners
• Text, arrows, clouds and dimensions written back into your DXF on their own layer
• Drawings and models in AR at real size
• Lay the architect's drawing over your scan and align it by two points

LiDAR measurements are approximate (typically 1–5 cm in rooms); verify critical dimensions on site.
