Personalise HomeShine with downloadable themes and avatars, and manage the themes installed on your device. This update also improves task filters and headings, adds clearer household information, shows avatars beside assigned shopping items, simplifies Favourites, and fixes a crash when saving shopping items. Quick Tidy now loads reliably on startup.

A more personal HomeShine, with easier planning for everyday life. • Holiday mode: add your away dates so rotating chores can pass to someone available. See a warning when assigning a task on someone's away dates. • A tidier Home tab: Due today, Completed, Overdue and Quick tidy start in a 2 × 2 grid. Collapse your cards when you need more space, or customise their sizes and order. • Themes and icons: choose Original or Friendly artwork in colours that suit your theme, with clearer greeting animations and simpler appearance settings. • A refreshed Household tab: compact cards and a dedicated Noticeboard keep household updates and responsibilities easy to find. • More convenient chore templates: compact cards, quick task creation and the option to delete templates you no longer need. • Faster shopping interactions, improved display-mode switching and clearer controls throughout the app. Thank you for using HomeShine.
