Grimbly is lurking! Beat him for bonus coins and a badge, keep your daily streak alive, and stock up on power-ups with the new coin packs. Race the clock to find as many words as you can in a grid of letters. Trace words through neighboring tiles, rack up points, and beat your friends, a word-hunting robot, and a mischievous goblin. PLAY YOUR WAY • Classic 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6 boards • 30, 60, 90 or classic 120-second rounds • Single rounds or 3-round matches: cumulative or best of 3 • Free play when you just want to relax SMART SCORING Every letter has a point value, and longer words score more. Watch for special tiles like QU, ER, FF and RR, which are worth bonus points. Find a long word and the game cheers you on! POWER-UPS • Freeze: stop your clock for 5 seconds • Show a word: reveal where a 4–5 letter word is hiding • Score booster: double points for 5 seconds • Scramble: shuffle your opponent’s board in live matches • Reshuffle: rearrange your board once per round in free play and vs Lex Earn power-ups by finding long words, buy them with coins, or watch an optional ad for a free one. Prefer a pure word battle? Turn power-ups off for friend matches and tournaments. CHALLENGE ANYONE • Take on Lex, the word-hunting robot, from Lex 1000 up to Lex 9000 • Watch out for Grimbly, a goblin who crashes in once a week to wreak havoc • Challenge friends live or on your own time, and get notified when it’s your turn • Run tournament brackets with 3 or more friends DAILY BOARD AND STREAKS Everyone plays the same board each day. Build your streak, earn badges, and protect your streak with a streak freeze. Share your results without spoiling the words. MAKE IT YOURS • Choose an avatar, with more to buy or unlock • Collect board themes, including limited-time seasonal sets • Pick your favorite app icon After every game, see your best words, the words you both found, and every word you missed. You’ll learn something new each round.
