Trackables is a flexible personal data recorder for everyday life. Record what happened, add as much or as little detail as you want, and review your own history without goals, streaks, or completion scores.
READY TO RECORD
Choose from 71 ready-to-use Trackables across food, drinks, sleep, activity, personal care, work, social time, home, spending, and travel. Questions use broad answers instead of demanding unnecessary precision. Every Library follow-up is optional.
ANSWERS THAT FIT
Select one answer or several where appropriate. Save custom answers through Other for reuse. Unordered choices prioritize your recent selections, while quantity, quality, and duration scales keep their natural order. Taken and missed medication share your saved names.
MAKE IT YOURS
Create a Trackable with just a name, or add choice, number, text, toggle, and date fields. Use tap recording, selections, amounts with units, or duration start and stop. Keep favorites close at hand and archive definitions without losing their history.
CAPTURE FROM YOUR DEVICES
Record on iPhone, iPad, or the Apple Watch companion. Choose a dedicated widget for one Trackable or a board for several. Home Screen widgets handle sequential questions, multi-select, and long option lists without launching the app. Custom text and typed/date answers explicitly continue in the relevant app screen.
REVIEW AND EXPORT
Correct entries in History, add notes, explore descriptive counts and summaries, and export your recordings as JSON or CSV.
LOCAL FIRST
No account is required. The developer does not receive your recordings through an app-operated server. Optional location is off by default and never delays recording. Trackables and recording history sync automatically between iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your private iCloud account, including in the background. Phone and watch can also exchange recordings. Apple schedules delivery according to connectivity and power settings.
