Plan every ski day in one place: book parties, build loads, weigh in at the scale and print a clean manifest. Built for heli-ski and snowcat operations. HM50 plans the day for heli-ski and snowcat operations: who's flying or riding, on which load, and how heavy each load is, from the first booking to the printed manifest. BOOK PARTIES • Book seats for a party over one day or up to two weeks; name riders now or later • Month and week calendar, coloured by trip type, with seats and load fill for each day • Lodging and pickup times: each stop, who to collect and when • Import riders and bookings from a CSV or Excel file from your booking system • Link the Google Sheet behind your booking form and refresh it: new guests and changes come in through the same preview, and nothing is added twice BUILD LOADS • Drag riders from the pool onto loads, move them between loads, or seat them with a tap • A weight bar on every load turns amber, then red, as it nears the aircraft's max gross, and says how many pounds over • Snowcats, buses and vans are checked against their seats instead of weight • Guides stay with their load and count once CHECK-IN AT THE SCALE • Weigh each rider with their bag and gear; Save & next moves to the next person • Each load switches from estimates to real weights at its first weigh-in • HEAVY flags, walk-ups added at the scale RENTAL EQUIPMENT • Sizes and a suggested ski length and DIN for each renting rider • The shop tech records the DIN they set and their name; the app asks for a re-check when weight, boots or ability change THE MANIFEST • One tap to a PDF: every load with its aircraft, guide, seats, weights, meals, phones and emergency contacts, plus equipment and pickup pages • Print, AirDrop or email it MADE FOR THE OFFICE AND THE FIELD • iPhone and iPad, including side-by-side check-in on iPad and a layout made for the opened iPhone Duo • Share one company's data across the office iPad and guides' phones through iCloud • Your words: aircraft or cats, loads or groups • Starts empty, with a "Try with sample data" button to practise first • Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. No account, no ads, no tracking. A PLANNING AID HM50 estimates load weights to help you plan. It is not a weight-and-balance calculation: the pilot in command remains responsible for weight and balance, performance and every load. Suggested DIN settings are a starting point only: a qualified ski technician sets every binding by the shop's own standards. SUBSCRIPTIONS • Solo, $29/month: everything on one iPhone or iPad • Operator, $79/month: also share with your staff through iCloud • Season, $399/year: Operator, billed yearly • Every plan starts with a free first month. Staff you invite don't need a subscription. Without a subscription the app is read-only. Prices are in US dollars; the app shows your local price. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, or in the app under Setup → Subscription. Any unused part of the free month ends when you buy a subscription.
