B-Side turns the hinge of your iPhone into the lid of a CD player. Open it, place a disc, close it, and the music starts the way it used to.

Every machine is built from real parts, and sounds like it.
■ MADE FOR iPHONE DUO
Stand it up like a laptop: the booklet stays on top, the machine lies on the desk, and the equalizer slides in right under your fingers. Open it flat for a CD case. Close it and the disc keeps spinning on the outside screen.
■ LINER NOTES FOR EVERY ALBUM
The inside of the lid is a booklet, typeset from your music: the cover, the tracklist, lyrics in time with the song, credits and notes. Missing covers and credits are filled in from MusicBrainz and Wikipedia, and left blank rather than guessed. Old tags in broken encodings are restored.
■ BURN A CD, SEND IT AS A LINK
Fill 74 minutes, pick a label color, add stickers and write the title by hand. Add a letter. Your friend listens in B-Side, or in a browser if they don't have it. The whole CD lives inside the link, so nothing is stored on any server.

Fixed an issue where tapping an album did nothing on some devices. You'll now see it loading right away, and a clear message if it can't be loaded.

Turn your iPhone sideways and the turntable and CD player fill the screen, with the buttons on the right. The closed-lid screen and the iPhone Duo outer screen are laid out for landscape too.
■ Faster play and pause
Music stops the moment you tap, and the Lock Screen buttons update instantly.
